Methodology
The Michael Page Executive Search service relies on a methodology that is developed in the following stages:
- Organisational background analysis, collected in a briefing session:
external analysis: activity sector, business environment, competition, etc.;
internal analysis: structure, culture, etc.; - Definition of the search strategy, investigation, and identification of potential sectors / companies / candidates;
- Fulfilment of weekly progress reports;
- Personal interviews;
- Checking the references of all proposed candidates;
- Presentation of candidates in a meeting with the client;
- Follow-up with candidates after placement.
